Coming soon… the Zune Phone.
Microsoft is working on a new Zune branded phone according to CrunchGear.
The phone will be designed to work with the Zune marketplace and is unlikely to run Windows Mobile. It is reported to be able to sync with the Xbox 360 and stream video wirelessly. This will mean users can download videos on their xbox 360s and distribute these to their phones.
The Zune Phone is planned to be available for the 07 holiday season.
So the iPhone looks like it has some competition…
