Sourcio, an open source services and consulting company that has recently implemented a custom open source patient tracking system for a local clinic. The system we created is based on Care2X, we added dashboard and reports modules, as well as custom medical forms for the clinic. You can read a bit more about the implementation of the system on
Sourcio's blog, I should be writing an update on that project soon, in the meantime, we are also working on a system for a local optometry clinic.

There has been a little bit of trouble with the demo recently, we are working on it, but if you get a blank page just right-click near the top of the page and select "refresh" until a horizontal menu shows up, with a patient search function below it.

For those of you that have some experience with open source medical software already, can I ask you what you liked and disliked? For example, yogsej, what is it about Cottage Med and Care2x that you liked?
