I don't know for sure, but I believe a collegue of mine has started using medrec solution. He said it is free, and he seems to be happy with it. He said he needed a feature and they added it (took a few weeks though). He also said that the registration is suppose to $99, but if you ask they might waive the fee since the software is a first release (but once you are registered, you get later versions for free). I will be trying once I get a tablet pc. It seems that way to go. I need some feedback about which size screen I should choose. Too big and it is difficult to carry, too small and it is difficult to read. What you guys using?
