In terms of lab connectivity, SynaMed has established links with 55 labs — including Quest and LabCorp — so that laboratory test requisitions and results are automatically retrieved, reported, and triaged with a lab alert tagging when necessary to the appropriate physician in real-time.
Patient portal allow patients the opportunity to input their demographic information online, and have access to that information should any changes be necessary, such as switching insurance companies, or adding beneficiaries. With Sync-Server, a practice can choose to store its data locally, on its own in-office server, which constantly synchronizes with SynaMed’s secure remote servers.
