I have used a Palm Treo since November 2007. I quit carrying a Palm Zire 72 and cell phone and simply need the combination phone/PDA. My main complaint is a mild reduction in volume of the phone. I use ePocrates many times a day and my phone seems to be used mostly in the evening.

The Palm syncs readily with my iMac. I have discovered with ePocrates updates that I must sync twice, otherwise it crashes. This was a problem for me with the Palm Zire for several years. Maybe it is just something on my own iMac that does this. It works fine aside from this.
