my name is Mohamed Medhat a programmer from Egypt. i'm resuming work on an EMR software that i started as an individual project long time ago and i'm revisiting it for an updated complete release, i wanted some help and feedback from some MDs on the usability, usefulness and completenes (or incompleteness) of such software for general practice and for other practices if applicable.
also some feedback on the importance and uses of incorporating email (for sending medical reports or contacting patients) and digital image scans of ancillary documents (X-Ray scans, etc..) into such a software would be great.
