Re: CureMD PRS

How is New York City Centrally located? That's about as far from me as you can get.

I am interested in what your company offers as far as ROI research for physicians. How does this work? Can you give us an example from a doctor you've worked with? What factors do you use for this calculation? Do you charge for this consultation or is it in the hope that doctors will buy CureMD?

Re: CureMD PRS

Techguy,

I've been living in NYC ever since moving here over 10 years ago, so I apologize for using the term "centrally located." However most of CureMD's clients are in the eastern Tristate area, mostly NY and NJ. NYC is also the information and business capital so I just put that, sorry for isolating physicians in the West and elsewhere.

But on to your real question. CureMD does offer Consulting services in which ROI is just a part of it. However, the sales team has found that our analysis, which are based on finances and "time-saved/the paperless advantages = money-saved" equations are often times full of descrepancies. This is due to the large descrepancies in practice sizes, behaviors, trends, and requirements of the various doctors. What is more useful and important is to study these behavior trends and relate them to efficiency for each doctor rather than to each dollar, this cuts the complicated and error prone correlation between every advantage and its monetary value, which probably requires a deeper financial study.

CureMD realizes that we are constantly growing, and as you pointed out Techguy, we are now using our advertising fees to provide Free Consultation and Analysis in hopes of drawing in clients. However this also relates to the New York City factor. The offer is only for North East Practices with 5 or more doctors. Obvioulsy due to travel and expenses for the sales team.
However I encourage you to talk with the CureMD team if you have any questions, we are constantly expanding, with interest from Puerto Rico included so no one is too far. Call toll free at 877-362-9549 and ask for more info. Tell me is this answers your question and sorry for being so verbose.

Re: CureMD PRS

Techguy,

CureMD analyzes multiple factors before quoting an anticipated ROI. These include the practice size (number of physicians/nurses/admin users), average number of patients seen, specialty, billing process & workflow, current claim denial percentage etc. For things such as claim denial percentage, we use data from our existing practices to project by how much this could decrease.

The ROI analysis is done for free and we provide the practice with a document that clearly explains how we got to the ROI.

If you're interested in more detailed information, please call me at (718) 360 0597.
