Re: how to choose PDA?With Palm OS or with WinMobile5
well to pass on my experience and recent forum advice I've received.... it depends. I have long used Palm(but intermittently0 and find it very intuitive to use. The Pocket PC OS seemd slightly less intuitive to me 9 only a browser not a user yet)but probably easily picked up as well. With the recent addition of Up to Date on Palm, most clinical programs are available. AS with any hardware/software decision you "work backwards" starting at the application(s) desired , then the best application software, then the best configured/compatible hardware for that. Account for any desk top/laptop/system interface as well. My suggestion if this is a whole new plunge is try both, if possible, get the one that works more intuitively and get a recently surpassed top end model at discount as your first "learner model" to get started. EPocrates or/and Up-to-date should be first priorities for software purchase. but don't skip mastering the basic features initially in a disciplined manner to appreciate the capabilities.
