Inquiry about MT services

Hi,

I'm new here. I'm just hoping somebody could help me out on my dilemma. I work for a company who's looking for a Medical Transcription service provider. I already gathered important data through research and just need one thing at this time. Does anybody know how much a doctor / hospital / facility / client will pay the service provider? I am planning to propose a business to my boss and I'm thinking of our company being the "broker" or middle-man. I was able to identify how much MT service providers (our target sub-contractors) are going to charge us for the service, but I'm wondering how we're going to profit from being the "broker". Do these hospitals / clinics / doctors pay us? How much?
