is there any free pda download 4 treatment and diagnosis 4 adults and children, and a Valdemecum because I am here in Spain...

Has anybody know how to get free EKG software for my Treo 650 PDA. Also is there any cheap hard ware attached to PDA to get EKG readings on PDA.I will appreciate your reply.
