Looking for good Software?

Hi all,
iPod has really changed the way of entertainment; we can enjoy videos and movies anywhere we go! But the main problem is DVD file format is not compatible in iPod. That’s why I am looking for software which can convert any type of video files to a file format that the iPod Video can support. Does any one know any software?
