MIRTH AND HL7

I want to know how to install Mirth. Because I already visit the Mirth Project webpage and read the instalation guide. I follow every single steps but Mirth doesn´t work. I think Jetty is working. But when I make reference to localhost the program doesn´t load. I hope someone answer me.
