PDA Keyboards/Data entry

I've been looking at keyboards for some time and was wondering if anyone has relevant experience to share.

I bought an infrared device from Pockettop (TKB700U) some time ago. It didn't ship with the IPAQ driver for my PDA so I managed to locate one from a colleague. Wasn't too impressed with the keys though and the data transmission via IR was painfully slow.

I've been looking at bluetooth keyboards to complement my new WM5 phone (arriving in 2 weeks!) and would be grateful for any direct user feedback on your solutions to mobile data entry.

I've used the Fitaly onscreen keyboard with good effect but it's not quite the same as a decent physical keyboard for longer missives/recording of minutes.
