Hi Delrina,
It depends on which features you want, what you will be using the device for and how much you want to spend.
If you want to use it as an iPod then you could try out the Lifedrive. If you would like to have internet connectivity and a phone combo then the Treos are very good. If you just want the basics then something like a Tungsten E or E2 would be a good choice (quite cheap and no unneccessary frills).
All the above will run most medical software.
