palm z22 handheld -suitable for docs?

Hi all,

My Palm broke last night, and I'd like to purchase another one. Is the Palm Z22 suitable for doctors? Is 32 MB of memory enough for the typical medical software that we upload onto the Palms? If not, does this model support larger memory cards?

I'd prefer to purchae a Palm, as I'm familiar with the operating system. In addition, I'd like to avoid buying a phone-PDA combo, as I prefer to carry a small cell phone. I'm open to older Palm models if they are highly recommended.

I'm not tech-savvy at all, so I'd appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Thanks.

You could probably get a few medical apps on the Z22 - depends on how many you need. I would prefer to go for a device with much more memory or at least an expansion slot but then they are more expensive.

My personal preference is for a cell phone/pda combo like the i-mate K-JAM which I own or the Palm Treo range which I think is also pretty good.

If you are dead against pda-phone combos, you could try the e2 or tx from palm. Both are very good devices and are expandable meaning you can have more memory for programs if you need it.
