Help to buy first PDA

im checking out PDA for my friend who has just graduated and has begun undergoing her internship. she would like a PDA that can used to store medical e-books and which also has gud mobile internet. i surf the net for a few brands but cant seem to to find the right one. hope someone can help. thank you.
