HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I purchased a gps kit for my ipaq 1715 and duly set it up, all was fine for around 10mins when both died. I returned the gps antenna to the seller who has informed me that it works fine. The problem I now have is that, even after a soft and hard reset the ipaq will not power up. Does anyone know if there is an in-line fuse in the 1710 or have I killed it!!!
