Medgadget have reported on this odd looking Robot Caregiver from Japan.



The robot has been designed by a Japanese-led research group who said they had made a "seeing, hearing and smelling robot that can carry human beings and is aimed at helping the country's growing number of elderly".

Now would you trust your grandma to one of these?
