I am a medical biller and we started using medcomsoft in our office about a year ago. I have taken on alot more work with this system then ever before. Apparently whoever created this system never actually worked in a doctor’s office before. This system is not window’s friendly at all. I feel you have to have an amazing memory to work with this system because you have to close the screen your currently working in just to open another. I would have to say there is only about 10% of useful features with the system for me as a biller. It took alot of work time to be trained for this system and it still was not sufficent enough. I feel as if I learned alot by trial and error, and even still have not perfected everything. I don’t think this system was ready for release and has alot of imperfections and i would suggest to any office thinking of buying this system, to put alot of thought into it before purchasing it. I am a hard worker but get very stressed and very frustrated with this system.
